They were able to diagnose the issue I’ve been having with my heat after another hvac company said that it just needed to be reset. I’ve used Carter’s 2 times and will never call another heat and air company for service on my unit.

We recently had a new furnace and AC system put in by your company on 6/30/14, and I’m sending you this letter because we could not be happier with the customer service and performance of your team. From Robert Winters who did an outstanding job on the original sales call and supervision to Brent Orrick and Brandon Johnson the installers who both performed well under difficult conditions. I just wanted to drop you this message and let you know so far we have been very pleased with the new Goodman HVAC system you all installed for us last Fall. The air conditioning system is quieter than our older unit and the nat. gas furnace has kept us warm and toasty during the recent extreme cold temperatures. I am very pleased to report that even with the recent single digit temperatures my condensate drain line from the furnace did not freeze-up!!! In years past that was always a problem when temperatures got very low like we’ve seen the last couple nights.
Also, after talking with your installers the day they installed the new equipment…I went out and bought 2 more carbon monoxide detectors / alarms and added one upstairs (2nd floor) and one in the basement of the house. Previously, we only had one detector on the 1st floor, your installer recommended additional detectors be added. I thought this was very good advice and would certainly help better protect my family.
I just wanted to say thank you!! The drain line not freezing was a big relief!!!
